TOURISMINTELLIGENCE INTERNATIONAL PUBLICATION LICENSE AGREEMENT

 

PLEASEREAD:

 

BY PURCHASING AND DOWNLOADING OUR PUBLICATION, ORPURCHASING SERVICES RELATED TO THE PUBLICATION, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS ANDCONDITIONS STATED BELOW IN A LEGALLY BINDING MANNER.

 

If you are obtaining the publication as definedbelow on behalf of a company, you represent that you are duly authorized torepresent the company and accept the terms and conditions of the agreement onbehalf of the company. A binding contract is then formed between TourismIntelligence International and the company in accordance with the terms of thisagreement. You personally agree not to commit or encourage any violation of ouragreement with the company.

 

If the company you represent or you (collectively"you") do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, donot purchase or download the publication.

 

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND CONDITIONS:

All right, title and interest including, but notlimited to, copyright and other intellectual property rights in and to the publication(graphic/image, and text) are owned by Tourism Intelligence International. Suchrights are protected by United States copyright laws, other applicablecopyright laws, and international treaty provisions. Tourism IntelligenceInternational retains all rights not expressly granted herein.

 

You may not redistribute, sell, reverse engineer,or disassemble the publication (permission is granted to view/modify the sourcecode contained within the "html", "asp", and"aspx" files only, for the purpose of enhancing or customizing theproduct). The publication, including any modified or customized versions,cannot be resold, redistributed, or offered as a service without explicitwritten permission from Tourism Intelligence International. TourismIntelligence International reserves the right to refuse permission to use this publicationto any individual or company for any reason, and may do so without notice.

 

You are not permitted to make copies of the publicationwithout first purchasing the appropriate additional permission to do so. Additionalpermission to make copies does not grant any reseller privileges.

RETURN POLICY:
